Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible.

3. Damaged or Defective Book

If you receive a book that is damaged or defective, please contact us within [48 hours / 7 days] of delivery.

• Photographs of the damaged product
• Photographs of the packaging
• A brief description of the issue

After reviewing the information, we will determine whether a replacement or refund is appropriate.

4. Non-Returnable Circumstances

• The product has been damaged after delivery due to misuse or improper handling.
• The customer changes their mind after receiving the product.
• The product has been used or altered.
• The issue is caused by incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
• The request is made outside the applicable return/refund period.

5. Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, it will generally be processed through the original payment method, where possible.

The time taken for the refund to appear in your account may depend on your bank or payment service provider.
